Well, as you already probably gathered, I had a friend named Bridget (or Bridge for short). Actually there were two but this perticular Bridget LOVED this boy at Cheap Skate named Spencer! She was obsessed maybe but we all took it very seriously! Little Bridget would talk about Spencer All the way there and all the way home. We HAD to find a way to get them together. We tried everything and I don't think dear Spencer had a clue! She was so shy, when he'd come around she would often just run away. Once though, I actually persuaded her to give him a Hershey's Kiss, because I read that chocolate can give you the same feeling as being in love. It just HAD to work. But he ate it and just gave her a quick 'thanks' and skated away. She would play 'Crazy For You' by Madonna every week and cry. Poor Bridge. This is dedicated to the love she never knew with Spencer. But don't worry though, she's now married with kids ;0)
